Two rides this morning 30/4/11 and we give a warm welcome to Michael and Rachel Lewis to our club runs. Mick led out the shorter distance ride with 8 members and our two guests. Through Greens Norton, Caldecote, Tiffield, Blisworth, Hartwell to the cafe stop at Salcey forest. Home via Hartwell, Ashton and Stoke Bruerne. Distance covered was 27 miles.

Craig led out the additional ride with 10 members through Blakesley, Maidford, Preston Capes across the A425 to Priors Marston A left here at the junction out the village and on to the cafe at Southam where we arrived at 11 am. Here two riders left to return home. After our break we headed off for home via Long Itchington, Stockport and up our two favourite hills of Napton on the Hill and this time up the hill out of Priors Marston. Some took the hill straight on and others myself included took the way up via Keys Lane. On again through Preston Capes to the King's Head at Farthingstone where again Peter S., lured some of us in. Lovely garden to sit out in with the sun shining. Off again, arriving home at 2.15 pm with a distance covered of 51 miles.
