CLUB RUNSLeisure Rides:
Our easy paced club runs are held every other Saturday afternoon at 13:30 from the front of the club rooms. See diary for the dates. They are a relaxed jaunt around the local lanes, more often than not including a cafe stop around half way round. The destination and pace can be adjusted to suit those who turn up so they make an ideal introduction for anyone who is thinking of joining the club.

Off-Road Rides:
Fancy getting away from the traffic? Why not try one of these rides? They are held most Saturdays starting from the rear of the Clubroom starting at around 13:00 (times may vary depending on destination). Talk to Steve Cockell for details.

Winter Training Rides:
These are held on Sundays starting at 09:00 from the front of the Clubroom. Runs will aim for an average speed of 17mph - all welcome. We will not be stopping on these runs so please bring food and drinks with you, as well as the usual repair kit and tools. A rain cape is a must, as are tights, undervest, jersey and gilet or winter jacket. Most riders also bring a mobile phone and a card with emergency contact details.

Last year we began with rides lasting up to 2 hours round Salcey Forest, then gradually moved on to longer distances. This year, if numbers are large enough, it may be possible to have two groups - one riding a shorter distance, at least for the first few outings.
