A Few Important Dates and Reminders

Club Subscriptions are now due. Fees are: Family £30, Married/Partner £25, Senior £20 and Junior £6. Some members who joined very recently do not need to pay – ring me to confirm. If payment is not made by the AGM on 3rd February a late payment fee of £3 will be due. Mick 01327 350498.
The date for our Annual General Meeting is Friday February 3rd 7.30 at the clubrooms. All are welcome to attend. Two current officers are standing down – we are looking for a general secretary and a racing secretary. Please make every effort to attend even if you have no intention of standing on the committee next year. All items for the agenda must be with the general secretary before 6th January.
Roller Racing at the clubrooms begins on Friday 13th January and will also be held on the following dates: 27th January, 10th February and 24th February. All are welcome – it is fun to watch as well as take part. Start time is 7.30pm. For more info ring Trevor on 01604 764182.
The 2012 Annual Dinner and Prize Presentation is to be held at the Saracens Head Towcester on Saturday 28th January, 7pm for 7.30pm. This is where we honour the previous year’s prize winners. Price is £17.50 per person. Dress code is smart – no jeans. The menu choice was in the last newsletter. You must ring Trevor Parrish on 01604 764182 before 22nd January with your menu choice.
